PACCE is a local chapter of the Association of American Educators, the largest national non-union teacher association, which provides PACCE members with quality liability insurance options.
Professional Educators Liability Insurance (included in dues):
Any W-2 employee of an educational entity (i.e., public or private school, university, or college) in Nevada is eligible for $2,000,000 professional liability insurance coverage included in PACCE Professional Membership ($198 per year). Owners and board members are not eligible for this coverage.
Student teachers in Nevada are eligible for special student-teaching liability insurance included in PACCE Student Membership ($25 per year).
Part-time Professional Educators Liability Insurance (supplemental):
PACCE Professional Members ($198 per year) may add coverage for part-time educational activities (consultant, tutor, teacher). The part-time work must be of a nature similar to your regular responsibilities, and you must receive pay for this work. To add coverage:
1. Join as an PACCE Professional Member ($198/year).
2. Complete this application and print and submit it with the appropriate annual premium payment to this address:

Private Practice Professional Educators Liability Insurance (private practice):
Independent contractors and others who do not qualify for the professional liability insurance included in PACCE Professional Membership can purchase private practice liability insurance through our insurance administrator, Forrest T. Jones & Company:
1. Join as an PACCE Associate/Support Member ($25/year).
2. Visit www.ftj.com/AAE/NV, click "View My Plans", and select Private Practice Professional Liability Plan to apply.
